About us

Turkish Hotel Outfitters is the turnkey site of Palmiye Wood Decoration, a furniture, door and joinery manufacturer with its own workshop in Istanbul. We help hotel owners, operators and contractors fit out their buildings with one partner instead of many separate suppliers.

A hotel fit-out involves guest room furniture, suites, doors, wall panelling, wardrobes, lobby and reception furniture, restaurant and bar pieces, and often kitchenettes and bathroom vanities. When these come from different sources, colours drift, interfaces clash and schedules slip. We bring them together in a single package with one set of drawings, one sample board and one production plan.

Our work typically follows these steps. We review the design documents and prepare a combined item list for every area. Samples and a mock-up room are approved with the design team and operator. Production then runs in our workshop in batches that follow the site programme, and deliveries are organised by floor or zone. Our installation team completes the fit-out on site, coordinates with the other trades and closes the snag list together with the project team.

The same approach works for renovations, which we can carry out floor by floor while the hotel remains partly open, and for projects abroad, where packing, documents and installation supervision are part of the service. Send us your drawings and the scope you have in mind, and we will discuss how a single package could work for your hotel.
