We begin by splitting the item list into what we make in house, such as case goods, joinery, doors and fixed furniture, and what is better sourced, such as certain seating or decorative lighting. Sourced items are specified against the same design intent and checked before they join our deliveries. A single schedule then ties production, packing and installation to the construction programme of each floor.
On site, our installation team works floor by floor and hands over rooms that are complete, with snagging lists closed before the operator moves in. This reduces the number of contractors the hotel has to manage. Our main workshop is in Istanbul. If you are preparing an opening or a refurbishment, send us the item list and programme so that we can propose a package.
Hotel furniture made with quality materials and professional production can be used without problems for an average of 10-20 years. Intensity of use and maintenance conditions can affect this period.
In many hotel projects, the use of fire-rated doors is mandatory under fire regulations. These doors are of great importance for safe evacuation in the event of a fire.
Depending on the size of the project, hotel furniture production time usually ranges from 30 to 90 days.
Yes. Furniture designed specifically for hotel projects can be produced in line with the architectural project. This results in original designs that are in harmony with the hotel's concept.
